Foredeck Marine is owned and operated by Andrew Storey who has been a Shipwright in Sydney basin for over 38 years’ specializing in working with timber boat repair and restoration, fibreglass repairs, customising vessels no matter how big or small the project we can give you the best advice for any job – be it a boat repair, major project, or general maintenance.

Andrew’s team of professional and highly qualified shipwrights and tradesmen have many years’ experience in the marine industry who also love their work.

Andrew’s passion for boats and water has given him very broad and vast experience in the industry, both with sailing and motorboats. He has worked on everything from Hobart Maxi yachts and large charter ferries to ski boats and sailing skiffs. They are all covered.
Andrew has even carried out custom timber work on a variety of residential properties, like teak decking and custom timber handrails.

Cottage Point Boat Shed offers full shipwright and slipway services with slipping of vessel up to 55-ft, 35 Tonne. Cottage Point Boat Shed has long been known for timber boat restorations, full vessel refits and repairs of all types of vessels and this will continue to be a focus of the business. However, all your boating needs are taken care of including painting, electrical and mechanical as well on site. Cottage Point Boat Shed is also a licenced 2nd hand boat sales brokerage.
